Effective communication is one of the main pillars of social life. We may think that effective communication is instinctive, but most of the time, when we want to communicate with others, we do not get the results we want. We say one thing, the other hears another, and there are misunderstandings, frustrations, and conflicts. This can be a problem at home, at school, and in work relationships.<\/p>\n

Effective communication is something beyond exchanging information, understanding the feelings and goals in the information.so in effective communication, in addition to conveying a message clearly, you must make the other person feel heard and understand your message, and you must listen in such a way that you get the full meaning of what you hear.<\/p>\n
